PHOENIX — Better save up those pennies: A Phoenix-area home has recently been placed on the market for $35 million, according to a recent press release.

Villa Paradiso, a 36,000-square-foot home in Paradise Valley, Arizona, has recently been placed on the market by Walt Danley Realty for $35 million.

The home, owned by hedge-fund founder Robert Sussman, features a total of eight bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms, nine powder rooms and 12 garage spaces.

But that’s not all: Villa Paradiso also is equipped with a full-length art gallery, a tranquil water room, a home theater, an indoor basketball court with a private skybox, a gym, an attached guest suite, staff quarters and two elevators.

Living quarters, including master’s and children’s wings, take up the entire second floor, accessible by a stairway bridge with a view of Four Peaks. The master wing of the living quarters feature a sitting room, secondary office, spa bathroom, hair salon, small kitchen and his-and-her closets.

The more than 3,500-square-foot guest suite itself features an infinity-edge pool, three bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room and laundry area.

Villa Paradiso’s grounds feature views of Camelback Mountain, the McDowell Mountains, and Four Peaks and include “soothing” water features, multiple patios, a pool and a pool house and several gardens.

Interior designer David Scott said in the release that Villa Paradiso prides itself on paying close attention to detail and is the “highest quality estate” he has ever worked on.

“The interior details were painstakingly designed in a careful and tasteful way so that the large home flows beautifully from one room to another and from indoors to outdoors,” the release read. “The result is a warm and inviting home that welcomes you and supports an extraordinary lifestyle.”

According to the Wall Street Journal, if Villa Paradiso sells it would set a record for the priciest home sale in Arizona.
