PHOENIX — The first phase of a Phoenix business park is scheduled to open in the fall, a property company said Thursday.
Jim Wentworth with the Wentworth Property Company said phase one of the Airport I-10 Business Park near Rio Salado and 24th Street will offer three industrial buildings and more than 600,000 square feet or space, among other benefits.
“One of the main benefits is its central location,” he said. “Obviously, being near Sky Harbor Airport and centrally-located near the freeways, you can get to all parts of the Valley quickly.”
Wentworth also said the industrial buildings will have plenty of room for large trucks.
