PHOENIX — A Phoenix man has been convicted of second-degree murder for
running down another parent with his vehicle after an argument at an elementary
Maricopa County Superior Court jurors also found 32-year-old Anthony Michael
Parrinello guilty of leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
Parrinello was arrested in August 2012 after 42-year-old Carmello D’Alessandro was
run over on a street about two blocks from Canyon Elementary School in Anthem. He later died at a
