PHOENIX — A transient is hospitalized in critical condition after being
run over by a car while he was in the middle of a Phoenix street.
Phoenix police say the accident occurred about 6 a.m. Thursday in the area of
Central Avenue and Dobbins Road.
They say the man was about 21 years old, but his name wasn’t immediately
