Mac & Gaydos’ Caring for Kids nets thousands of donations for Child Crisis Arizona

Thanks to the generosity of our listeners, Mac & Gaydos’ annual Caring for Kids event, presented by Canyon State Credit Union, netted thousands of donations for Child Crisis Arizona on Friday.

We opened our studio to accept donations and we could barely keep up with the influx. While we primarily received them in the parking lot outside, we had to enlist several people to continuously haul donations up to our conference room. We can report that it was filled to the brim with diapers and other supplies!

Child Crisis Arizona provides hope and services to vulnerable children and families. Child Crisis Arizona operates the only emergency shelters for children in the Valley, is a leading resource to license, train and support foster and adoptive families and provides early childhood education through a preschool, parenting classes, workshops and playgroups.
