Silent Witness: Police looking for man who opened fire on two separate occasions

Phoenix police need your help identifying a man who opened fire on two separate occasions.
When the approximately 23-year-old man attempted to talk to a woman inside a smoke shop and she refused to talk back, the man opened fire on the woman and her boyfriend in the parking lot. He fired shots both into the air and into the victim’s car.
He also is believed to have shot several rounds into the air while in the courtyard of an apartment complex.
The man is approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, 170 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and tattoos on his right forearm. His vehicle is said to be a grey 2000’s Chrysler sedan.
