Two arrested for transporting 843 lbs. of marijuana

PHOENIX — Two men were arrested Friday on suspicion of transporting over 800 pounds of marijuana hidden among pizza cheese in a semi-truck, the Goodyear Police Department said in a press release.
Garris Dickson Jr. and Eric Love, both of Ohio, were arrested at a Super 8 Motel located at 840 N. Dysart Rd. in Goodyear.
Police believe the marijuana was being transported east, though a final destination was not given.
The marijuana has a street value of more than $421,000.
