Police: Man commits sexual offense in Glendale library

PHOENIX — Police are searching for a man suspected or performing a sexual act on himself inside the Glendale Public Library.
The suspect was seen July 8 about 7:20 p.m. in an aisle of the library. When the victim saw him, she went to alert authorities and he fled from the area.
The suspect is described as being a Hispanic male in his early 40s. He may appear younger. He is about 5-foot-9, about 170 lbs. and has short dark hair. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and dark basketball shorts.
