Weekend freeway restrictions August 16-19

PHOENIX — Drivers in the West Valley will have to find another way around a large closure this weekend.
• Loop 303 will be closed in both directions between Indian School Road and Northern Avenue from 9 p.m. Friday to 9 a.m. Sunday for bridge, drainage and sign work.
• Eastbound Interstate 10 will be down to one lane near the Loop 303 from 9 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Sunday for crews to switch traffic at the new interchange. The eastbound I-10 on-ramp at Sarival Avenue and the eastbound off-ramp at Estrella Parkway will also be closed at this time.
• The eastbound Loop 202 off-ramp at Hawes Road will be closed from 5 a.m to 3 p.m. Sunday for lighting work.
