Dozens march in Phoenix for ‘Justice for Trayvon’

PHOENIX — Dozens of people participated in a protest march in Phoenix on
Monday, calling for federal civil rights charges to be filed against Florida
neighborhood watch activist George Zimmerman.

hurt and deep anger” over the case.

The Rev. Jarrett Maupin Chants led chants such as “I am Trayvon,” and he
called on the Arizona Legislature to change the state’s stand-your-ground
self-defense law.
