RIO RICO, Ariz. — Federal authorities say they’ve seized nearly a ton of
marijuana found in a southern Arizona stash house.
Special agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland
Security Investigations stopped a large drug smuggling attempt Monday in Rio
During the course of a drug smuggling investigation, members of the HSI-led
task force developed information that a Rio Rico home was being used as a
staging area for smuggled drugs.
