Pest control service to open customer care center in Glendale

PHOENIX — The largest pest control provider in the world announced Thursday that it is planning to open a customer care center in the Westgate area in Glendale, Ariz.
Terminix said it is planning to hire about 300 people to fill the 32,800-sqaure-foot spaced it leased. The lease is the largest office lease in the history of Westgate.
“With Westgate’s attributes, including over 15 on-site restaurants and abundant parking, we strategically and aggressively targeted large corporate users and are pleased to announce the full-floor lease to Terminix,” said Jeff Teetsel, development manager of Westgate Entertainment District, in a press release.
Terminix plans to open the new center by Oct. 1.
Denver and Salt Lake City were also considered for the new customer care center.
