PHOENIX — A California real estate investment trust purchased the Avent building in Chandler for $32.5 million on Tuesday.
According to the Phoenix Business Journal, Avnet will stay in the building near Pecos Road and 56th Street.
The building was custom-built for Avnet in 2010. The company has a lease through 2020.
The Randolph Townsite Historic District located 50 miles southeast of Phoenix was listed as a traditional cultural place.
