Chef launches third restaurant in Phoenix

PHOENIX — Popular chef Kevin Binkley has launched his third restaurant in the Valley.
Binkley has opened Bink’s Midtown, near 24th Street and Osborn, on Wednesday.
Binkley said his other establishments, Binkley’s Restaurant in Cave Creek and Cafe Bink in Carefree, are very popular and expects foodies will love Midtown just as much.
“Anything from braised rabbit leg, duck breast, my wife’s bolognese, pork belly, you name it. Everything is unique,” he said. “Our take is a little funked out.”
Binkley said what will set Bink’s Midtown apart from his other two restaurants is that he is focusing on highlighting Arizona-grown produce.
