A New Jersey man was fishing and spotted this huge eel type fish and stabbed it out of the water with his bow and arrow.
According to the New York Daily News, some are calling this a monster eel others a sea lamprey. A sea lamprey is a parasite that lives in certain northern Atlantic waters.
The images first appeared on Reddit, a social news site, and have received more than 1.2 million views.
Lampreys usually only grow to about 3 feet in length so this is either a very large version or something else all together.
