Fall foliage on demand: New England company will send fall leaves to your door

PHOENIX — For Arizonans who feel a drive up the highway to see fall colors is too time consuming, you’ve options. For instance, you can have three New England leaves shipped to your front door.

Kyle Waring, the shipfoliage.com website creator, told Reuters he’d already hit over 200 orders for the leaves.

Ship Foliage offers a “3-leaf bundle” package for $19.99, which gets customers one red leaf, one yellow leaf and one mixed-color leaf.

“Our foliage experts hike all around the Northeast in search for the perfect leaves,” the website proclaimed. After the leaves are picked, they are hand-sorted and go through a preservation process.

This isn’t Waring’s first seasonal business. He told Reuters he shipped over 700 pounds of snow from ShipSnowYo.com last year.
