Chandler software company puts football field in office

In order help its employees to relax, a small Chandler software company installed a football field, window seats and other collaboration areas.
In an interview with aztechbeat.com, CEO Clate Mask stressed “a strong emphasis on family” and that the football field was installed so that employees could “blow-off steam in the middle of the day.”
Mask also stated that the company prefers to help small businesses grow, as Inffusionsoft comes from the same background as small businesses
