PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. — Authorities say Prescott man involved in a fatal
car accident in northern Arizona is being investigated for driving while
Prescott Valley police say 49-year-old Kris Raymond McClain told authorities
that he had used both marijuana and methadone for medical reasons before Tuesday
afternoon’s three-car crash.
Police said Wednesday that they still didn’t have confirmation on whether
McClain had a medical marijuana card or other necessary documents.
