He retired, came back, and then retired again, but the limelight still apparently hasn’t lost its luster for former host of The Tonight Show, Jay Leno.
Tagged in during the opening monologue by Jimmy Fallon, the current host of The Tonight Show, Leno showed no evident rust in returning ever so briefly to the familiar late night post for which he held for 22 years before officially calling it a career in February of 2014.
Unfortunately, no cracks at Leno’s infamous tug-of-war with Conan O’Brien — the man originally pegged to take over for Leno and The Tonight Show in 2010 — were made.
