Main Street Minute: Central Phoenix gains new location of popular Italian restaurant

KTAR’s Main Street Minute focuses on local businesses that are hiring, opening and hosting events across the community. These stories air each weekday on KTAR at 7:27 a.m.

• A popular Italian joint has opened its seventh Valley location. Sauce Pizza and Wine recently opened its doors on Central Avenue and Camelback Road. The new central Phoenix location will be open from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

• There are plenty of jobs available at a career fair in Phoenix on Wednesday. The fair runs from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Phoenix-Biltmore near 24th Street and Camelback Road. Companies will be hiring for jobs in management, information technology, accounting, finance, banking and more.

• The West Valley Healthcare Career Fair runs from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Wednesday near 91st Avenue and McDowell Road. Banner Health, Life Care Centers of America and Supplemental Health Care are just a few of the companies that will be on hand.
