ADOT warning against longer Halloween commute

Residents should expect a longer commute on Wednesday due to Halloween-related delays, the Arizona Department of Transportation said.
More drivers tend to hit the road between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on the haunted holiday as they attempt to get home for trick-or-treaters and parties.
ADOT also urged caution when driving in neighborhoods, as many children may be out and about and some may enter the roadway without checking for vehicles.
