Young girl scares herself after turning into demon with new Snapchat filter

Sep 18, 2015, 11:00 AM

After Snapchat released a myriad of new selfie filters in its most recent update, users have been obsessed with making their faces into those of an old man, some sort of rainbow-puking unicorn or one of the other unique “Lenses” the app has debuted.

Nobody was safe from turning into some sort of creature, not even the Republican presidential candidates during Wednesday night’s debate.

Well, this little girl found out the hard way that some filters are not always what they crack up to be. She was trying out the app’s demon filter, which turns its subjects into a scary monster — sound included.

Next time you go to scare your friends with your inner demon, remember that if you’re not careful, you might just scare yourself instead.
