Police searching for armed robbery suspects

Phoenix police are searching for two men who robbed a Phoenix business, the agency said in a press release.

The suspects robbed the We Buy Gold, located at 4633 W. Indian School Rd. about 3:00 p.m. on Aug. 30.

According to police, the suspects approached the business and found its doors to be locked. They knocked on the door and the victim answered.

The suspects then entered the store, displayed a handgun and stole cash from both the business and victim and also stole personal property belonging to the victim.

The first suspect, who allegedly brandished the weapon, is described as being a black male between 17 and 20 years of age. He stands about 5-foot-8 and weighs about 160 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black hat, white shirt, black shorts with a red stripe and black-and-white shoes.

The second suspect is described as being a black male between 17 and 20 years of age. He stands about 6-foot-1 and was wearing a black hat with red logo, a light-colored T-shirt, baggie jeans and white shoes.
