The real estate industry is evolving and so is the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Starting Oct. 1, a nine-month online certificate program for real estate professional will become available through ASU.
“It’s geared for professionals who really want to understand more about development and how they can position their services to be more valuable and how they can provide additional services to the real estate industry,” said Mark Stapp, the Fred E. Taylor professor in real estate at W.P. Carey.
The program costs $8,000.
“We’ve been talking with real-estate industry groups, and they see a need for a flexible, convenient program to provide an overview of the development process for current real estate professionals who want to expand their horizons,” he said.
