Helicopter crashes between Phoenix and Sedona

Sedona, Ariz. — Yavapai County has reported that an Aerospatiale
AS-350 helicopter departed from Scottsdale headed to Sedona early
Saturday morning has crashed.
Search crews with the Civil Air Patrol began looking for the aircraft
Saturday afternoon, after it was reported overdue at its destination.
Around 8:45 a.m. Sunday, a private pilot reported seeing aircraft
wreckage south of Camp Verde in Yavapai County.
Authorities confirmed the debris was that of a helicopter.
The condition of the four people onboard the helicopter has not been
released.
