Salvation Army to provide heat-relief services for Phoenix area

With the Valley of the Sun expecting to hit record
high temperatures on Monday, the Salvation Army will have
10 hydration stations across the Valley to provide heat-
relief services until 2 p.m.

Each location will have bottled water and information for
individuals in or potentially in distress due to the heat.

Hydration stations are located at:

• Street locations

• SW corner 16th and Jefferson streets (East Lake Park)

• NE corner Third Avenue and Fillmore Street

• 35th Avenue and Roosevelt Street(Falcon Park)

• SW corner Fifth Street and Hatcher Road
