Tucson named best city for renters

Anyone interested in renting a house in Phoenix may be better off heading a couple hours south to Tucson.
According to Forbes, Tucson is the best city in the United States for renters.
Forbes said the average monthly rent in Tucson is just $652 and rent only increases about 1.6 percent per year.
Tucson also has a low vacancy rate: 5.9 percent.
It is also $25 cheaper per month to rent than it is to pay for a mortgage in Tucson.
