PHOENIX — Police are asking the public to be on the lookout for a suspect connected to a string of gas station robberies that occurred this past July.
The suspect, described as a Hispanic male between 20- and 25-years-old with short black hair and acne scars on both cheeks, entered a gas station near 35th and Peoria avenues in Phoenix during the early morning hours of July 31.
Holding a handgun, the man ordered the cashier to empty the register before fleeing on foot. Authorities believe the suspect then went to another gas station nearby and did the same thing.
