A Valley boy is turning to the kindness of strangers to build a new and improved crime fighting cave.
The Colten Cowell Memorial Crime Fighting Cave is a 5,000-square-foot homage to the television shows of yesteryear and also serves as a place where families in crisis can spend a few carefree hours laughing and making wonderful memories.
The new cave will be 30,000 square feet.
Tyson, a 10-year-old boy who visited the cave in March, decided he wanted to help build the new cave. With the help of his siblings, Tyson filled 24 jars full of coins in no time and now has set a goal of 1,000.
