While Arizona students may be putting the final touches on new dorm rooms and finishing their first full week of classes – they’re also ordering healthier food delivery, according to a recently released GrubHub analysis.
The online food delivery company ranked UA and ASU among the top 50 colleges for healthy eating after analyzing orders placed by .edu email addresses at more than 100 colleges.
UA ranked No. 14 while ASU came in at No. 31.
First reported by Time Magazine’s Time Labs, GrubHub considered deliveries made in the 2014-2015 academic year, “looking for the highest percentage of orders at schools that contained any of 31 options which suggested students had made healthy food choices.”
The title of healthiest college went to the University of Buffalo with Georgetown University, Columbia University and the University of California-Berkeley also making the list.
