Body found in big rig north of Phoenix

NEW RIVER, Ariz. — Authorities say foul play isn’t suspected in the death of a man whose body was found in the sleeper berth of a tractor-trailer rig parked on an Interstate 17 onramp in New River.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety says the man’s cause of death will be determined by an autopsy.
According to DPS, it’s believed the man was the truck’s driver.
The DPS says an officer checked the big rig late Sunday after the agency received a report of a suspicious vehicle that had been parked on the onramp for two days.
