Phoenix shopping center adding Shake Shack, Sam Fox restaurant

PHOENIX — A longtime Phoenix shopping center continues its makeover, announcing the addition of a Sam Fox restaurant and a popular hamburger franchise.

Fox, whose successful restaurant ventures in the Valley include Culinary Dropout and the Arrogant Butcher,
will be opening Flower Child at the Uptown Plaza.

Meanwhile, Shake Shack will also open at the Central Avenue and Camelback Road site.

It will be the third Flower Child and second Shake Shack in the Valley.
