Silver Alert cancelled for Surprise man

UPDATE: Surprise police have cancelled their Silver Alert for Mr. Jordan as of 10:15 a.m. Saturday.

Surprise police are asking for public assistance in locating a missing endangered adult, Mr. Forest I. Jordan.

According to a press release from the Surprise Police Department, police responded to the missing person report at 8:20 p.m. on Friday.

The Sliver Alert was activated around 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning.

Mr. Jordan, a 68-year-old white male, was last seen around 6 p.m.. He left his residence in a lifted maroon 2008 Dodge Ram four-door pick-up truck with chrome accents on the bed liner and running boards.

Mr. Jordan is described as a white male, approximately 5’9″ tall, weighs approximately 170 pounds, and has brown/gray hair with blue eyes and a brown/gray mustache. He was last seen wearing a blue tee-shirt, denim jeans, and brown wire frame glasses. He has a right prosthetic leg, which has him walking with a slight limp.

Mr. Jordan told family members he was going to the local Fry’s marketplace near Litchfield Road and Waddell Road, in Surprise.

Surprise Police are actively searching and ask for your assistance in locating and returning him home safe.
