Ideas? Tempe seeking public’s help to name beer festival

PHOENIX — The city of Tempe is hosting a beer festival in the fall, but there’s just one problem.

It doesn’t have a name.

The city wants the public to decide what to call the craft beer-centric event, which is scheduled for Nov. 7.

So far, the city has come up with Tempe Brew Fest, Tempe Craft Beer Fest, Tempe Beer Rally, Tempe on Tap and Tempe Untapped. It is also accepting submissions, along with ideas to make the event worth attending.
