But what if I told you there was an easier way?
The secret to ensuring a strong, long-lasting bond between you and your partner is complaining, according to NBC’s Today Show.
Dr. Hanna Fry, author of “The Mathematics of Love,” said she was surprised when she found the results, which determined that a lack of negativity did not equate to a surplus of happiness.
“The couples who end up doing best have a really low negativity threshold,” she said at the Cheltenham Science Festival. “When things bother them, they speak up immediately and don’t let small things spill out of control.”
