PHOENIX — A school bus driver in the West Valley has resigned after a suspension for refusing to let screaming, frightened students off the vehicle.
Fox 10 reported that last week the driver was taking Dysart Elementary schoolchildren home when he began reprimanding them for rowdiness.
In surveillance video, the children can be hear crying and screaming, some begging for their parents.
