Be wary when leaving notes on parked cars

It seems that more and more people are leaving angry notes for people who either parked poorly or parked in a space not designated for them.
But what happens when you’re wrong?
According to ABC News, Matt Milstead, a paraplegic, was playing a game of wheelchair rugby at a YMCA and found a note left on his car after the game.
“I would love to see your wheelchair!” the note said. “I’m guessing male 25-35 years [old] professional who thinks he’s got the world by the ass. But I could be wrong.”
Milstead said the note was far from rare, as he’s received notes, dirty looks and even been sworn at for parking in handicapped spots.
When it comes to parking, Mac said he recognizes there’s a difference between a car that is parked in a spot where it shouldn’t be and a blatant disregard for parking rules in general. He carries special notes in his car to leave for those discourteous parkers, but he would never leave one on a car parked in a handicapped spot.
Mac said he doesn’t feel bad about leaving the notes because the bad parkers are the epitome of laziness and need to be told.
Gaydos said he would just prefer to drive off and not say anything.
How do you react to bad parkers? What about people parking in spots designated for handicapped people?
