In Giza, Cairo and other Egyptian cities, thousands of people protested Friday, some of which turned very hostile.
In support of ousted President Mohammed Morsi, protestors took to the streets, and the Associated Press caught much of it on video.
The Associated Press said Egyptian police and army blocked key roads and beefed up security for those rallying against a military coup and security crackdowns. Tanks and armored police vehicles prevented people from gathering in major town squares.
