Jennifer Lawrence stops interview to console crying fan

Nov 12, 2013, 5:22 PM | Updated: Dec 5, 2013, 4:16 pm

Just when you thought Jennifer Lawrence couldn’t be any more loveable, she outdoes herself.

While busy walking the red carpet at the London premiere of “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” on Monday, she noticed a young girl crying behind the security barrier.

So what does the 23-year-old star do? She put all interviews on hold, broke through the fence, knelt and comforted the sobbing child with hugs. This is just one more reason of why Lawrence is so awesome.

Catch the actress in the latest “Hunger Games” film when it releases in theaters on Nov. 22.
