And get this: They’re doing it in public schools that educate everyone, not just cherry-picking motivated students in private or charter schools.
Hint: Neither liberal nor conservative solutions do anything to address the systemic problems we have, so neither approach will change much of anything. Effective change could not only be done, it has been done in countries with the same challenges we face. But it takes political will and a willingness to honestly address what holds our system back.
