TRES looking to help first responders buy, sell homes

That Real Estate Show is proud to introduce its Unsung Heroes Program.
It’s our way of saying thank you to those that serve us in the metro Phoenix area. This includes police officers or other law enforcement, firemen, active-duty military, veterans, National Guard members, Red Cross workers and emergency medical personnel.
Security Title, Nova Home Loans and Realtor Diane Brennan are all providing discounts to first responders to help them with their closing costs.
Security Title is giving a 30 percent discount on title fees.
Kim Harland with Nova Home Loans is contributing $250 towards the heroes’ closing costs and Diane Brennan is giving up to 25 percent of her commission to the hero at close and what is allowable by the buyer’s lender.
