Maricopa County giving away money to homebuyers

Maricopa County is giving away money for those looking to buy a home. The best part? It’s free — you don’t have to pay any money back. Hundreds of Arizona homebuyers have already taken advantage of the Maricopa County Home in 5 Advantage Program.

The program is a closing-cost assistance grant that is provided by the Industrial Development Authority of Phoenix, in addition to the county.
