What’s it like to put on a Super Bowl?

Representatives of all the possible locations for that most “super” of all televised sports events hold their breaths simultaneously at that moment. It means prestige, promotion and millions of dollars.
“…Arizona!”
We got the Super Bowl again. And “we,” in this case, means Glendale for the game itself, downtown Phoenix for the NFL Experience and a number of other attractions in Scottsdale for the parties.
But who on Earth can possibly oversee all of those events and all of those people? Who has been named to keep all those cities and the NFL happy?
