What’s it like to go to China and sell Phoenix?

But what if you were Barry Broome, president and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) and your job was to sell all this beautiful weather, the architecture, the diversity and the golf courses to business executives and government officials in China?
