Quiz shows region of your speech pattern

Arizona is quite the melting pot when it comes to regional dialects.
We’re a state composed of people who moved here, each bringing their own Southern drawl or California surfer dude style of speaking with them. And with moving comes a change in dialect. Generally people will pick up new words, drop old ones and maybe even lose an accent.
In a really interesting quiz, the New York Times partnered with Harvard to compare the ways Americans speak. If you fill out the quiz, there’s a really, really good chance that it will either pick out Phoenix or your original hometown. It pegged me.
Also, I learned something from this: Some people have very strange words for things.
