Kimmel proves just how blindly devoted people are to Apple

“Jimmy Kimmel Live” is at it again.

From asking passers-by about the latest [fake] hipster band to convincing parents to tell their kid they ate all their Halloween candy, the show loves to pull pranks.

This time, the show takes on people’s Apple obsession, as a show employee takes to the streets with the new Apple iTime Smart Watch…which is really just a $20 Casio watch with the Apple logo stuck to the back.

But the pedestrians along Hollywood Boulevard don’t seem to notice: It’s the latest “old school meets classic Apple” product that people just have to have…for no reason other than because it’s Apple.
