Regardless of how old you are, breaking a leg is never fun.

Having to follow the rules that come with wearing a cast after breaking that leg is even less fun.

Unless of course, those rules are presented in a rather unique fashion.

Say, by a hip-hop rapping Army staff sergeant. Captured by YouTube user Amanda Luhr, that’s exactly what happened for one lucky girl.

And with lines like, “Don’t come to me because I told you the rules, but you can come back if your phalanges turn blue” it was for her hard not to flash a big smile.
