Google incorporating Pokemon hunt into Maps

“Gotta catch ’em all” may a phrase better known by millennials, but Google is now letting everyone in on the fun of Pokemon.
According to The Verge, the Internet search giant will combine the real world with that of Pokemon in an augmented reality experience for its Google Maps app.
But Google does give us an opportunity to start catching Pokémon on Google Maps: if you zoom into certain areas around the world on Google Maps’ iOS and Android apps today, you’ll actually see some of Nintendo’s famous creatures appear. There’s apparently 150 in all (though notably, not exclusively the original 150), and you can even start filling up a Pokédex while collecting them.
I’m not sure Ash Ketchum would approve, but this could be something fun to mess around with if you need to kill a little time.
