Sort of.
Apparently, the butterbeer-inspired frappuccinos are part of a “secret menu” of drinks that aren’t actually advertised, according to E! Online.
Butterbeer is the popular drink among wizards in the “Harry Potter” series. The butterscotch-like drink can be served either hot or cold.
Some baristas may know the recipe, but since it isn’t actually part of the regular Starbucks drink menu, it’s recommended to tell them this recipe when ordering:
• A Crème Frappuccino base, made with whole milk (not skim or 2%, which will mess up the consistency)
• 3 pumps of caramel syrup
• 3 pumps of toffee nut syrup
• Top with caramel drizzle
