Dealing with other people on the road can literally drive you mad sometimes.

But let this be a warning to take the high road and don’t become a victim of road rage.

“You don’t know if the other person has a gun and what their potential for violence is,” said Phoenix Police Sgt. Darren Burch.

This crime happened on Sept. 14, 2014, at about 10 a.m.

The victim and the suspect were in some type of a road rage argument and the victim pulled off to the side of the road at 18th Street and McDowell.

“The suspect’s vehicle passed by and several shots were fired at the victim,” Burch said. “One hit it’s mark, badly injuring the victim.”

The suspect vehicle is very distinctive. It appears to be a silver, two-door coupe, possibly a Honda Civic. It has a black hood and front-end and primer gray paint on the passenger door.

Our next case takes us to the EZ Trip store at 40th Street and McDowell.

“On Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at about 4 a.m., the clerk was opening up the store when two men approached,” said Burch.

They forced him into the store at gunpoint. They stole money and cigarettes, then one of the men shot the clerk in the foot as they were leaving.
